Frequently asked questions
We operate a business that generates revenue and your rent is our cost of doing business. In addition to our company signing a lease with you, we will personally guarentee the rent payment is made on-time every month.
Our businesses priority is our relationship as partners, what we want is a winning situation not jusy for us, but for you as well. A long lasting partnership with you is our number one goal and we will only take opportunities that are beneficial to you.
We hope to be the last tenants you ever have.
We have no fee, we take nothing!
There is no catch and we do not take a percentage of your rent. All we ask is for your permission to run our short term rental business in your property and in return you get a fully automated unit with full monthly rent and management. Another one fo our goals is to make your property fully passive.
This truly depends on the seasonality and the occupation of the client. Some may be eligible for extended stays depending on their individual situation (discovered through our client screening process).
It is in our best interest to ensure both a professional and safe experience for everyone since our company's reputation is on the line.
We use a multi-step screening process as a foolproof way to ensure all new clients meet our standards. This process includes gathering personal information and the reasoning for their travel on our booking site. We then follow up with the new client and ensure that they understand our terms and conditions of their stay. On top of this, we have a help desk that is available 24 hours a day to answer any questions.
Safety and security are of the utmost importance to us. With your permission, we will install a remotely operated, programmable lock on the exterior doors with rotating codes to ensure that only authorized guests can access the property.
We may also install a Wi-Fi-enabled security camera on the exterior of the unit to ensure our client is not accompanied by any unwanted or unannounced guests.
To avoid this, we may install a decibel meter in each unit. If noise passes above a certain decibel level, our front desk is alerted, and we will dispatch our local property manager to intervene.
We do everything within our capabilities to avoid disturbances of any kind at our locations, to ensure that every property is always kept in immaculate condition.
It is in our business's best interest to keep all units in perfect condition. If they are not, we experience downtime and lose out on revenue. In addition, this hurts our reputation.
We primarily market our locations to clients who are traveling for business and work, such as corporate travelers and nurses, for example, using various corporate travel websites designed for these types of clients. However, from time to time, we allow leisure travelers to stay with us to fill vacancies through Airbnb, Vrbo, and other short-term rental listing sites (of course, after they are fully screened and deemed a good and safe fit for the property).
